Named after the lands and Castle of Craigcrook, which lie adjacent to this hole. Craigcrook was feuded to John Leper in 1376. The original part of the existing building was built as a tower house in the 16th Century for William Adamson who was killed in the Battle of Pinkie in 1547.
Long hitters will have to clear the cross bunker if going for the green. Shorter hitters require accurate drive to set up short second. Good birdie chance.
